20 Years In The Recruiting Industry
Matt began his career in professional staffing 20 years ago, specializing in temporary medical staffing. He excelled and was promoted through the ranks within the industry. However, he found that at a certain level, he needed more challenges than a single industry focus could provide. As a result, he branched out into full business segment permanent recruiting. Through this forward-facing experience, he realized that the candidate’s journey and experience are just as important as fulfilling the overall needs and providing excellent service to his clients. He brings this philosophy and practice to Legacy Talent Partners with a solemn promise to help companies achieve their talent goals while fostering an exceptional experience and work environment for candidates.
